The IZFC has been THE “go to” meeting for the zebrafish community for more than two decades! The 18th International Zebrafish Conference will take place in the beautiful Kyoto, Japan from August 17-21, 2024! Mark your calendars!
Kyoto is one of the oldest municipalities in Japan and is considered the countries cultural capital. There are many prominent landmarks in the city, including the Kyoto Imperial Palace, Kiyomizu, Kinkaku-Ji, Ginkaku-Ji and Kyoto Tower.
The Japanese Local Organizing Committee, the Conference Organizing Committee, and IZFS leadership have been hard at work to ensure this will be the best IZFC yet! They are committed to offering affordable registration rates, including significantly reduced rates for students. There will also be a generous number of travel grants available through several grants.
