Certificates of biological analysis of our Rotifer and Daphnia cultures

 

At Planktovie we are now carrying out biological analysis of our rotifers and daphnia cultures in order to verify that the cultures are free of pathogens that target zebrafish. These tests are performed by the independent lab QM Diagnostics.

 

The tests for the following pathogens are carried out by PCR:

• Aeromonas hydrophila
• Flavobacterium columnare
• Mycobacterium spp.
• Pseudocapillaria tomentosa
• Pseudoloma neurphilia
• Pseudomonas aeruginosa
