Harvest sieve for the cultivation of zooplankton

Sieve for removing debris when harvesting rotifers or Daphnia.

For example, for the cultivation of Daphnia:
The maintenance of a Daphnia culture consists mainly of renewing part of the water in the culture medium, cleaning the filter mass of the SCC, and adjusting the amount of nutrients delivered to the Daphnia from day by day.

For this, we install a 120µm sieve in a crystallizer which will allow us to sieve the water of the medium to be renewed, by harvesting or concentrating the daphnia in the tank. The sieve is first semi-submerged in the culture medium so that the sieved daphnia remains in suspension. We sieve 33% of the total volume of the culture.
