This is an exhibition that has been held in Honululu for over 15 years and the conferences’ theme was “Hawaiian aquaculture: : A Tradition of Navigating with Innovation, Technology and Culture.”. It brings together more than 175 exhibitors who highlight the continued technological progress of the aquaculture industry.

The Planktovie team could not be present at the congress but it was Tim Reed, collaborator of Planktovie in the United States and Reed Mariculture CEO, who was kind enough to represent us at this international fair.

Their team exposed our Fishgun D1, a dry food dispenser specialized for zebrafish husbandry, but can be used in aquacultures to feed larval and juvenile fish. They could also present the advantages that offers a semi-automatic dispenser, because it guarantees the accuracy and consistency of the amount of feed given to each fish or each tank.
